Comparison review
Google Pixel C has an overall score of 59.4, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9's 58.1 global score. Although the Google Pixel C is just a little heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, it's somewhat thinner and way newer. Both tablets we are comparing have Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Pixel C has a more recent 6.0 version and Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 has Android 3.0 version, providing you lots of additional features and optimized performance.
The Google Pixel C counts with a much more vibrant display than Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a way higher resolution of 1800 x 2560 pixels, a way better quantity of pixels per screen inch and a quite bigger display. Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9's storage capacity to install applications and games is just as good as Google Pixel C's one, they have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory.
Galaxy Tab 8.9 features a very superior hardware performance than Google Pixel C, because it has a greater number of cores (and they are faster). Google Pixel C shoots much better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, because it has a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a way more mega pixels back facing camera.
The Galaxy Tab 8.9 counts with a much better battery performance than Google Pixel C.
Although Google Pixel C is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
