Comparison review
Google Pixel Slate is much better than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, getting a 79.3 score against 62.5. The Google Pixel Slate has Chrome OS operating system, while Alcatel JOY TAB 2 comes with Android 10 operating system. The Google Pixel Slate is an older and incredibly heavier device than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, but Google managed to make it somewhat thinner anyway.
The Google Pixel Slate has a brighter display than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because it has a lot higher resolution of 3000 x 2000px, a lot larger screen and a lot better screen pixel density. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 features a bit better CPU than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has 13 GB less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores.
The Google Pixel Slate takes greater photographs and videos than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel Slate also has a back facing camera with a lot better 8 MP resolution. The Google Pixel Slate has a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 counts with a very superior battery duration than Google Pixel Slate.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Alcatel JOY TAB 2. If you want to save some money, you can buy Alcatel JOY TAB 2, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
