Comparison review
The Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is way better than Asus MeMO Pad 8's 61.2 global score. The Google Pixel Slate is a way newer and just a bit thinner tablet than Asus MeMO Pad 8, although it is a lot heavier. Google Pixel Slate has Chrome OS OS, while Asus MeMO Pad 8 has Android 4.4 OS.
Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a screen that is just as good as the display in Google Pixel Slate, although the Asus MeMO Pad 8 has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1200px, a really smaller display and a bit worse pixels density. The Asus MeMO Pad 8 has just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores.
Google Pixel Slate shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because it has a much higher 8 megapixels resolution camera and a way better video resolution. Google Pixel Slate has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus MeMO Pad 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage.
The Asus MeMO Pad 8's battery lifetime is just as good as the Google Pixel Slate one.
Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Asus MeMO Pad 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Asus MeMO Pad 8. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Asus MeMO Pad 8, letting go a couple specifications.
