Comparison review

Google Pixel Slate is just a bit better than Google Nexus 9, having a 79.3 score against 74.5. Google Pixel Slate's construction is noticeably newer and just a little bit thinner, but incredibly heavier than the Google Nexus 9. Google Pixel Slate works with Chrome OS operating system, while Google Nexus 9 works with Android 5.0 operating system.

The Google Nexus 9 counts with a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel Slate, although it has a little inferior quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a lot worse 2048 x 1536 resolution and a much smaller display. The Google Pixel Slate features much more memory capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 9, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity.

The Google Nexus 9 features a better performing processor than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has less RAM memory, and they both have a Dual-Core CPU, the Google Nexus 9 also counts with a 64-bits CPU. The Google Nexus 9 features a much longer battery performance than Google Pixel Slate. The Google Pixel Slate takes much clearer photographs and videos than Google Nexus 9, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, a same resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel Slate also has a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low light situations.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Nexus 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Nexus 9. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, else you can save some dollars and get the Google Nexus 9, resigning a couple specifications.
