Google Pixel Slate has a general score of 79.3, which is way better than the Huawei MediaPad M1's overall score of 61.5. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS OS, and Huawei MediaPad M1 has Android 4.2.2 OS. Google Pixel Slate's design is extremely newer and just a little bit thinner than the Huawei MediaPad M1's, although it's noticeably heavier.

The Google Pixel Slate counts with a slightly better screen than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has a much better 3000 x 2000px resolution, a lot larger display and a lot higher screen density. The Google Pixel Slate has a much greater memory for games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

Google Pixel Slate has a bit superior processor than Huawei MediaPad M1, because although it has less and slower processing cores, it also counts with 15 GB more RAM memory. The Google Pixel Slate captures much better pictures and videos than Huawei MediaPad M1, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Google Pixel Slate also has a much more MP camera in the back.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a much better battery life than Google Pixel Slate.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is way more expensive than Huawei MediaPad M1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei MediaPad M1. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei MediaPad M1, letting go a couple specifications.
