The Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a general score of 82.4, which is slightly better than Google Pixel Slate's general score of 79.3. Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) counts with Windows 10 Pro operating system, while Google Pixel Slate has Chrome OS operating system. Although it's the best tablet in this comparison review, Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is an older, thicker and just a little bit heavier tablet than Google Pixel Slate.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) features a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel Slate. They have a 16 GB RAM and 2 cpu cores. The Google Pixel Slate has a little sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017), and although they both have a display with the same size, the Google Pixel Slate also has a little bit better pixel density and a slightly better resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Google Pixel Slate, because it has more internal memory. Google Pixel Slate has a much better camera than Microsoft Surface Pro (2017). Both of them have the same resolution camera in the back, the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video definition.

Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) has a battery duration that's very similar to the Google Pixel Slate one.

Although Microsoft Surface Pro (2017) is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel Slate, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Google Pixel Slate. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Google Pixel Slate, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
