Comparison review

Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is much better than Microsoft Surface RT's overall score of 58.4. Google Pixel Slate is a notably newer and a lot thinner tablet than the Microsoft Surface RT, but it is also just a little bit heavier. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS operating system, while Microsoft Surface RT counts with Windows RT operating system.

The Google Pixel Slate counts with a sharper display than Microsoft Surface RT, because it has a bigger display, a much higher resolution of 3000 x 2000 and a lot better number of pixels per display inch. Microsoft Surface RT has a bit better processing power than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 2 more cpu cores (although slower) and a GPU.

Google Pixel Slate counts with a way better camera than Microsoft Surface RT, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Google Pixel Slate also has a lot higher 8 mega-pixels resolution camera. Google Pixel Slate has much more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface RT, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity.

The Microsoft Surface RT and Google Pixel Slate both count with incredibly similar batteries.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is way more expensive than Microsoft Surface RT, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Microsoft Surface RT. If you want to save some money, you can get Microsoft Surface RT, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your budget.
