Comparison review

The Google Pixel Slate has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2's score of 78.2. The Google Pixel Slate body is incredibly newer, a little bit thinner and a bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS operating system, and Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with Android 4.4 operating system.

The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 features a little bit better screen than Google Pixel Slate, although it has a quite smaller display, a little bit lower resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels and a bit inferior pixel quantity per inch of screen. Google Pixel Slate has much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory.

The Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 counts with a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics processor and a greater number of cores (and faster). The Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 has a really longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel Slate. The Google Pixel Slate has a much better camera than Galaxy NotePRO 12.2. They have a back-facing camera with an 8 megapixels resolution, the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2, letting go a couple specifications.
