The Google Pixel Slate has a score of 79.3, which is way better than the Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's score of 65.6. The Google Pixel Slate construction is noticeably newer and thinner than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0's, but it's also incredibly heavier. Google Pixel Slate comes with Chrome OS OS, while Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 works with Android 4.4.2 OS.
The Google Pixel Slate has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because although it has 2 lesser processing cores (although faster), it also counts with 14,5 GB more RAM memory. Google Pixel Slate has a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a better amount of pixels per display inch, a much higher 3000 x 2000 pixels resolution and a much larger display.
The Google Pixel Slate features a superior camera than Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, because it has a camera with lot more mega-pixels, a way higher (Full HD) video resolution and a lot larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and video in low light environments. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
