The Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS OS, while Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016) works with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Although Google Pixel Slate is much heavier than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), it's thinner and also newer.

The Google Pixel Slate has a bit superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2016), because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with 14,5 GB more RAM. Google Pixel Slate features a much better display than Galaxy Tab A (2016), because it has a lot higher 3000 x 2000 resolution, more pixels per screen inch and a way bigger screen.
