The Google Pixel Slate is much better than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), having a 79.3 score against 65.7. Google Pixel Slate counts with Chrome OS operating system, and Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) counts with Android 9.0 Pie operating system. Google Pixel Slate is a newer and somewhat thinner device than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), but it is heavier.

The Google Pixel Slate has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with 14 GB more RAM. The Google Pixel Slate counts with a much better screen than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because it has a way better 3000 x 2000 resolution, a way greater pixel count per inch of screen and a really bigger screen.

The Google Pixel Slate features a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017), because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
