The Google Pixel Slate has an overall score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Tab S5e's 78.6 score. The Google Pixel Slate is a notably thicker and noticeably heavier tablet device than Galaxy Tab S5e. Google Pixel Slate has Chrome OS operating system, and Galaxy Tab S5e counts with Android 10 operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e features a bit better processor than Google Pixel Slate, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores. The Google Pixel Slate features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e, because it has a little bit more pixels per inch of display, a bigger screen and a better 3000 x 2000 pixels resolution.

Although Google Pixel Slate is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy Tab S5e, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab S5e. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Google Pixel Slate, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Galaxy Tab S5e, letting go a couple features and specifications.
