Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 is a little bit better than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, getting a 61.1 score against 60.8. Honor MagicPad 2 12.3's design is notably newer and incredibly thinner than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7's, although it is also a lot heavier. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has the older 14 version while Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 has Android 4.2.2 version.

The Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 counts with a much better performing processor than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and an additional GPU. Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7 features a bit more vivid screen than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has a really smaller screen, much worse brightness and a way lower resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a quite better screen pixels density.

The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has a much bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, because it has 192 GB more internal memory capacity. The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 shoots much better photographs and videos than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7.

Although Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, else you can save some money and buy the Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7, giving up some features and specs.
