Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 is just a bit better than Asus Fonepad 7, with a 61.1 score against 58.9. Both tablets in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 has the newer 14 version while Asus Fonepad 7 has Android 5.0 version, providing lots of additional features. The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 is a a lot heavier but much thinner tablet than the Asus Fonepad 7.

The Asus Fonepad 7 counts with a lot better hardware performance than Honor MagicPad 2 12.3, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with more cpu cores and a 64-bit processor. Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 features a more vivid screen than Asus Fonepad 7, because it has a much larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 3000px and a greater pixels quantity per inch in the screen.

The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 shoots much clearer photographs and videos than Asus Fonepad 7, because it has a back facing camera with a much higher resolution. The Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 counts with a much greater storage for applications and games than Asus Fonepad 7, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 240 GB more internal memory.

Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Asus Fonepad 7.

Although Honor MagicPad 2 12.3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Asus Fonepad 7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Asus Fonepad 7. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Asus Fonepad 7, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
