The iPad mini 3 has a score of 77.5, which is a lot better than the HP ProPad 600's overall score of 58.2. Although the iPad mini 3 and the HP ProPad 600 were only released 8 months apart, the iPad mini 3 is way thinner and noticeably lighter. The iPad mini 3 has iOS 8.x operating system, and HP ProPad 600 comes with Windows 8.1 operating system.
