Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation has a global score of 62.7, which is just a bit better than HP ProPad 600's 58.2 general score. Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation counts with iOS 7.x OS, and HP ProPad 600 works with Windows 8.1 OS. Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is an older tablet than HP ProPad 600, but it is extremely lighter and a lot thinner anyway.

HP ProPad 600 features a bit better hardware performance than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and more processing cores. The iPod Touch 5th Generation features a little sharper display than HP ProPad 600, because although it has a much lower 1136 x 640 pixels resolution and a really smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density.

IPod Touch 5th Generation counts with a way better camera than HP ProPad 600, although it has a much less MP resolution back camera. IPod Touch 5th Generation and HP ProPad 600 have incredibly similar storage capacity to install games and applications, and although the iPod Touch 5th Generation has no SD memory slot, they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity.

HP ProPad 600 features a much longer battery duration than iPod Touch 5th Generation, because it has an 8380mAh battery size.

Although Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation is a better device, it is way more expensive than HP ProPad 600, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HP ProPad 600. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, else you can save some money and get the HP ProPad 600, resigning some specifications.
