The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is better than the HP ProPad 600, with a general score of 68.3 against 58.2. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) works with Android 8.1 Oreo OS, and HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1 OS. The Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2018) is a much newer portable tablet, and it's also thinner and lighter than HP ProPad 600.
