HP ProPad 600 has Windows 8.1 OS, while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. HP ProPad 600 is a older, much thicker and heavier tablet device than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.
