Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has a score of 57.3, which is much better than HP Slate 8 Pro's 50 general score. The Blackview Oscal Pad 13 construction is just a little bit lighter and noticeably thinner than HP Slate 8 Pro. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but Blackview Oscal Pad 13 has a more recent 12 version while HP Slate 8 Pro has Android 4.2.
The HP Slate 8 Pro features an extremely better processing unit than Blackview Oscal Pad 13, although it has 7 GB lesser RAM memory and a lower number of cores (but faster).
