Comparison review

Google Nexus 10 has an overall score of 66.8, which is way better than the HP Slate 8 Pro's score of 50. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 10 has a more recent 5.1 version while HP Slate 8 Pro has Android 4.2 version. Google Nexus 10's design is heavier but somewhat thinner than the HP Slate 8 Pro.

Google Nexus 10 features a much better looking display than HP Slate 8 Pro, because it has a bigger screen, a much better resolution of 1600 x 2560 and a bit higher pixel count in each inch of display. The HP Slate 8 Pro features a little faster processing unit than Google Nexus 10, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores.

HP Slate 8 Pro has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 10, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage capacity, the HP Slate 8 Pro also has an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 32 GB. The Google Nexus 10 takes much clearer photos and videos than HP Slate 8 Pro, although it has a camera in the back with lot less mega pixels.

The Google Nexus 10 counts with a way better battery duration than HP Slate 8 Pro.

The Google Nexus 10 costs a little more money than the HP Slate 8 Pro, but you can get a much better tablet for that extra dollars.
