The Acer Iconia B1 is slightly better than the HP TouchPad, getting a 44.2 score against 40.2. Acer Iconia B1 comes with Android 4.1.2 OS, and HP TouchPad counts with webOS 3.0 OS. The Acer Iconia B1 is a newer tablet device, and it's also lighter and thinner than the HP TouchPad. Acer Iconia B1 features a bit better CPU than HP TouchPad, although it has a weaker GPU working at 200 MHz, they both have a Dual-Core processing unit.
