Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ counts with Android 4.0 operating system, and HP TouchPad 4G comes with webOS 3.0 operating system. The Barnes & Noble Nook HD+ is a newer tablet, and it's also incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner than HP TouchPad 4G.
