Comparison review
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a score of 62.3, which is better than the HTC EVO View 4G's general score of 56.4. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 body is a lot thinner and noticeably lighter than HTC EVO View 4G. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a more recent 4.4 version while HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2, offering a lot of extra features and performance improvements.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a much more vibrant display than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a way better resolution of 1920 x 1200px, a much better pixel count per screen inch and a quite bigger screen. HTC EVO View 4G features a much bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has 16 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a more powerful processing unit than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a greater amount of RAM, a greater number of faster cores and an additional graphics processor. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a bit better battery life than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a 4060mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's camera is very similar to HTC EVO View 4G's camera, both have a same resolution back camera.
Although Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC EVO View 4G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC EVO View 4G. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, but if you don't you can save some money and get the HTC EVO View 4G, giving up some features and specs.
