Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has an overall score of 62.7, which is better than HTC EVO View 4G's 56.4 global score. Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a lot heavier than HTC EVO View 4G, it's extremely thinner and newer. Both tablets in this comparison have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 has newer 4.0 version while HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2 version, giving some extra features and performance enhancements.
Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a bit faster processing unit than HTC EVO View 4G, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 also has 1 more cpu cores and an additional GPU. The HTC EVO View 4G has just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a lot lower 600 x 1024 pixels resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The HTC EVO View 4G has a superior storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has a SD extension slot that allows up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 24 GB more internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 features a way better battery life than HTC EVO View 4G, because it has a 7000mAh battery capacity against 4000mAh.
The HTC EVO View 4G captures much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because it has a back camera with a lot better 5 MP resolution.
Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a better device, it is way more expensive than HTC EVO View 4G, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC EVO View 4G. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC EVO View 4G, resigning some specifications.
