The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE is just a bit better than HTC EVO View 4G, getting a general score of 61.7 against 56.4. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has newer 4.1 version and HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2 version. Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE's design is newer, a lot thinner and somewhat lighter than the HTC EVO View 4G.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE counts with a screen that's just as good as the display in HTC EVO View 4G, they have the same screen pixels density, exactly the same 600 x 1024 resolution and a same size screen. The Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has just a little better processing power than HTC EVO View 4G, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE also has an additional graphics processor and more CPU cores (although slower).

The HTC EVO View 4G features a much bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that holds 32 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE has a bit better camera than HTC EVO View 4G, although it has a way lower 3.2 MP resolution camera in the back and a lower (HD) video quality.

HTC EVO View 4G and Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE have very similar batteries performance.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (7.0) LTE costs a bit more than HTC EVO View 4G, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
