Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a bit better than the HTC EVO View 4G, having a 60.8 score against 56.4. These tablets have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has newer 4.1.2 version and HTC EVO View 4G has Android 3.2 version, offering a couple additional features. Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and HTC EVO View 4G were only released 6 months apart, Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is somewhat lighter and a lot thinner.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and HTC EVO View 4G count with similar screens, both have the same display pixel density, a display of the same size and the same 600 x 1024 resolution. The HTC EVO View 4G features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, although it has 1 lesser cores (although faster), they both have 1 GB of RAM memory.
The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games than HTC EVO View 4G, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and HTC EVO View 4G both feature very similar battery durations.
The HTC EVO View 4G shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same (HD) video definition and the same video frame rates, the HTC EVO View 4G also has a camera with much more MP.
Although Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the HTC EVO View 4G, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC EVO View 4G. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy HTC EVO View 4G, giving up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
