The Asus ZenPad Z10 is much better than HTC Flyer CDMA, with a 63.6 score against 57.3. Asus ZenPad Z10's body is much newer and much thinner than HTC Flyer CDMA's, although it is also somewhat heavier. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Asus ZenPad Z10 has 7.0 Nougat version and HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3 version.
