Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is better than HTC Flyer CDMA, with a global score of 63.8 against 57.3. Although Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is just a little bit heavier than HTC Flyer CDMA, it's thinner and also a lot newer. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has 13 version and HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3 version.
