The OSCAL Pad 90 is a little bit better than the HTC Flyer CDMA, getting a general score of 57.9 against 57.3. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but the OSCAL Pad 90 has an older 14 version and HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3.
