OSCAL Spider 8 is better than the HTC Flyer CDMA, with a general score of 64.4 against 57.3. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but OSCAL Spider 8 has the older 13 version and HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3 version.
