Both tablets in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017) has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and HTC Flyer CDMA has Android 2.3.3 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2017)'s construction is a lot newer, much thinner and somewhat lighter than the HTC Flyer CDMA.
