Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is much better than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, with a general score of 66.1 against 56.6. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has a newer 13 version while HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2, so it counts with some nice extra features and enhanced performance. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 design is newer and thinner, but somewhat heavier than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi.

The Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 counts with a bit better screen than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because it has a really larger screen, a little better pixel density and a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution.
