Blackview Tab 12 Pro is much better than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, having a 64.6 score against 56.6. Blackview Tab 12 Pro is a much newer and noticeably thinner tablet than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, although it's a little heavier. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Blackview Tab 12 Pro has the newer 12 version while HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2 version, counting with a lot of extra features.
Blackview Tab 12 Pro features a little more vivid screen than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because it has a way better resolution of 1200 x 1920, a higher pixel amount per screen inch and a lot bigger display.
