Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface 2 is better than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, having a overall score of 63.4 against 56.6. Even though the Microsoft Surface 2 is incredibly heavier than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, it's much thinner and notably newer. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with Windows RT 8.1 OS, while HTC Flyer Wi-Fi comes with Android 3.2 OS.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with just a bit better display than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because it has a much higher 1080 x 1920 resolution, a bit greater display density and a lot bigger screen. Microsoft Surface 2 has a much bigger memory to store more apps and games than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Microsoft Surface 2 has a little better hardware performance than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a higher amount of RAM. The HTC Flyer Wi-Fi counts with a way better battery performance than Microsoft Surface 2.
The HTC Flyer Wi-Fi features a superior camera than Microsoft Surface 2. Both of them have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, the same video frame rate and a same resolution back facing camera.
Although Microsoft Surface 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC Flyer Wi-Fi. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Microsoft Surface 2, else you can save some money and buy the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, letting go some features and specifications.
