OSCAL Pad 15 has an overall score of 64.4, which is better than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi's 56.6 score. OSCAL Pad 15 is a way thinner but just a bit heavier tablet than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi. Both of these tablets work with Android OS, but OSCAL Pad 15 has newer 13 version and HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2.
