The Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a little bit better than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, having a global score of 58.1 against 56.6. Galaxy Tab 10.1's design is way heavier but much thinner than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, and both of them were released only 1 months apart. Both devices in this review use Android OS, but Galaxy Tab 10.1 has a newer 4.0.4 version and HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2, giving you some additional features and performance improvements.
HTC Flyer Wi-Fi features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, because although it has 1 less cores (but faster), it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a little more vivid display than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because although it has a just a little worse pixel amount per inch in the display, it also counts with a much larger screen and a higher 800 x 1280 resolution.
The HTC Flyer Wi-Fi captures a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Tab 10.1, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition, the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi also has higher 30 frames per second video frame rate and a much more megapixels camera. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has just a bit more memory capacity for applications and games than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.
Galaxy Tab 10.1 counts with a much longer battery performance than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because it has a 6800mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Tab 10.1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, letting go some features and specifications.
