Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch is a lot better than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, getting a global score of 68.7 against 56.6. Both of these tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a newer 4.2.2 version and HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2, so it counts with a lot of extra features and some performance improvements.
