Galaxy Tab A 8.0 is better than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, having a global score of 62.8 against 56.6. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 has a more recent 7.1 Nougat version while HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2 version. Galaxy Tab A 8.0's design is incredibly newer, noticeably thinner and lighter than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi.

The HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has a little sharper display than Galaxy Tab A 8.0, because although it has a bit worse 600 x 1024px resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixels amount per inch of screen.
