Sony Xperia Tablet Z has a score of 68.5, which is way better than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi's global score of 56.6. Both of these tablets have Android OS, but Sony Xperia Tablet Z has 4.4.4 version while HTC Flyer Wi-Fi has Android 3.2 version, giving a couple additional features and increased performance. Sony Xperia Tablet Z's body is newer and notably thinner, but also somewhat heavier than the HTC Flyer Wi-Fi.

The Sony Xperia Tablet Z features a bit better processor than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory, a much better graphics processor and a larger number of cores. Xperia Tablet Z counts with a better looking display than HTC Flyer Wi-Fi, because it has a really bigger screen, a greater pixel amount in each inch of display and a lot better 1200 x 1920 resolution.

HTC Flyer Wi-Fi takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia Tablet Z, although it has a way worse video quality and a back camera with way less mega pixels resolution.
