HTC Flyer is just a bit better than Acer Predator 8, having a overall score of 58.7 against 57.7. Despite being the best tablet we are comparing here, the HTC Flyer is a way older, noticeably thicker and somewhat heavier tablet than Acer Predator 8. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but HTC Flyer has an older 3.2 version while Acer Predator 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Acer Predator 8 has a little sharper screen than HTC Flyer, because it has a way greater pixels density, a little bit bigger display and a lot better 1200 x 1920px resolution. Acer Predator 8 features a bit better performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with 1 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores.
The HTC Flyer captures much clearer photos and videos than Acer Predator 8. Both of them have a same resolution back facing camera. The Acer Predator 8 has a quite bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than HTC Flyer, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Acer Predator 8 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
Acer Predator 8 counts with just a bit longer battery life than HTC Flyer, because it has 4420mAh of battery capacity.
