Comparison review
The HTC Flyer has an overall score of 58.7, which is a little bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020)'s 58.6 general score. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but HTC Flyer has the older 3.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has Android 9.0 Pie. Despite being the best in this comparison review, HTC Flyer is an a lot older, heavier and a lot thicker portable tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020).
The HTC Flyer features a bit more vivid display than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), although it has a bit worse display density, a way worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a little smaller display. Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) has a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than HTC Flyer, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020) counts with a bit better processing power than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores. HTC Flyer counts with a really longer battery life than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). HTC Flyer has a much better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the HTC Flyer also has a lot more MP camera.
Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020). If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Amazon Fire HD 8 (2020), giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
