The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an overall score of 63.8, which is just a bit better than HTC Flyer's 58.7 score. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has a newer 13 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, providing a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 body is noticeably newer and thinner, but a bit heavier than HTC Flyer.

Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a superior processing unit than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and more cpu cores. The HTC Flyer features just a bit better looking display than Blackview Oscal Pad 15, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a higher display density and a much higher resolution of 600 x 1024px.

Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a superior storage for games and applications than HTC Flyer, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB and 224 GB more internal storage. Blackview Oscal Pad 15 counts with a little bit better camera than HTC Flyer, because it has a much higher resolution camera in the back.

The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 features a way better battery duration than HTC Flyer, because it has an 8280mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
