The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is much better than HTC Flyer, having a 65.2 score against 58.7. Both tablets in this comparison work with Android OS, but the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has a newer 13 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, providing the user lots of additional features and improved performance. Although the Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 is somewhat heavier than the HTC Flyer, it's thinner and also noticeably newer.

Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 features a quite better hardware performance than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of cores and more RAM.
