Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has an overall score of 66.1, which is much better than the HTC Flyer's general score of 58.7. Both tablets we are comparing include Android operating system, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 has newer 13 version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2. Although Blackview OSCAL Pad 18 is heavier than the HTC Flyer, it's noticeably thinner and noticeably newer.
