The Blackview Tab 13 is just a bit better than HTC Flyer, with a 63.8 score against 58.7. These devices include Android operating system, but the Blackview Tab 13 has the newer 12 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2. The Blackview Tab 13 body is way newer and thinner than the HTC Flyer's, but it is also a little heavier.

Blackview Tab 13 takes much better videos and photos than HTC Flyer, because it has a much higher 13 MP resolution back facing camera and a lot higher video definition.
The Blackview Tab 13 has a really longer battery lifetime than HTC Flyer, because it has an 82% larger battery size.
