The Huawei MediaPad M5 8 is much better than HTC Flyer, having a score of 75.5 against 58.7. Both of these tablets include Android OS, but the Huawei MediaPad M5 8 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version.
