Samsung Ativ Tab has a general score of 66.7, which is better than HTC Flyer's global score of 58.7. The Samsung Ativ Tab design is newer and much thinner, but much heavier than the HTC Flyer. The Samsung Ativ Tab has Windows RT OS, and HTC Flyer works with Android 3.2 OS. The Samsung Ativ Tab has just a little better performance than HTC Flyer, because it has 1 more cores, a much better graphics processor running at 400 megahertz and a larger amount of RAM.
HTC Flyer has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Ativ Tab, because although it has a lot lower resolution of 600 x 1024 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little better pixel amount in each inch in the screen. HTC Flyer shoots better pictures and videos than Samsung Ativ Tab. They have a 5 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, the same 1280x720 (HD) video definition and the same video frame rates.
The Samsung Ativ Tab features a very superior memory capacity to store more apps and games than HTC Flyer, because it has an external SD slot that allows up to 64 GB and 32 GB more internal memory. Samsung Ativ Tab has a really longer battery life than HTC Flyer, because it has 8200mAh of battery capacity.
Although Samsung Ativ Tab is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as HTC Flyer. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Ativ Tab, else you can save some dollars and get the HTC Flyer, letting go some features and specifications.
