Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is just a bit better than the HTC Flyer, having a score of 63 against 58.7. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE has 4.4.2 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2. Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a newer and incredibly thinner tablet device than the HTC Flyer, but it's also much heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE counts with a little faster processing unit than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM and 3 more processing cores. HTC Flyer has a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a lot worse resolution of 600 x 1024 pixels and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixel density.
HTC Flyer takes much clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE. Both have the same video frame rate, the same 1280x720 video quality and the same resolution back facing camera. The HTC Flyer has a bigger memory to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 32 GB against 64 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal memory capacity.
HTC Flyer features a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC Flyer, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC Flyer. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the HTC Flyer, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
