The HTC Flyer has a general score of 58.7, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V's global score of 58.5. HTC Flyer is a much thicker and heavier tablet than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. These tablets include Android OS (Operating System), but the HTC Flyer has the older 3.2 version while Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V has Android 4.4 version.
The HTC Flyer counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 3 V, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory and a Single-Core processing unit, the HTC Flyer also has an extra graphics co-processor. HTC Flyer counts with a superior memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab 3 V, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 32 GB, the HTC Flyer also has 32 GB internal memory capacity. The HTC Flyer has a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has a way higher 1280x720 (HD) video resolution and a camera in the back with way more mega pixels.
The HTC Flyer features just a bit better battery duration than Galaxy Tab 3 V, because it has an 11 percent more battery capacity.
Although HTC Flyer is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the HTC Flyer, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, giving up a couple features and specifications.
