Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has an overall score of 73.3, which is much better than HTC Flyer's overall score of 58.7. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a much thinner and noticeably lighter tablet than the HTC Flyer. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has a more recent 13 version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2 version, so it offers some additional features.
The HTC Flyer counts with a much faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The HTC Flyer features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, although it has a much smaller screen, a much lower count of pixels in each inch of display and a lot lower 600 x 1024 resolution.
